Chocolate Muffins

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 beaten large egg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup cooking oil

- In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt
- Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. (Batter should be lumpy).
- Spoon into greased muffin cups .
- Bake 375 F for 20 minutes.
